Typically your Myti order will be delivered once we have received all items in your order.  In rare cases you may receive a partial order delivery if the remaining items have yet to be fulfilled and the corresponding shop has indicated to us there will be a delay in fulfillment completion. 

When this happens our Customer Support team will contact you via email to inform you about the delay and provide an ETA for when you can expect to receive the remaining items.

If you have not received a notification from Myti about an expected partial order delivery, please contact us at wecare@myti.com and provide us with your order information so we can investigate.
