If your item(s) just isn't what you were looking for we can accept your return up to 15 days after delivery.  Use our Contact Us form to submit your return request. 

  • To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase for your return to be accepted.
    • Myti has the right to deny your return if it does not meet the above requirements.

  • When a Return has been authorized, a Myti Customer Support team member will respond to your original Return Request with information about when the item will be picked up from the delivery address you provided at the time of purchase.

  • The item(s) must be repackaged and clearly labeled with the order number. Please leave the package in an accessible place for the driver to retrieve on the indicated date.

  • Certain types of items cannot be returned, including but not limited to perishable goods, custom-made items, personal care items, certain clothing, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids/gases.  We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
