Occasionally the inventory of our featured shops does not match the actual count of the items in-stock at the store. If this happens, the shops will contact Myti when they discover there is insufficient quantity to fulfill your order.
The Myti Customer Support team will contact you via email to alert you of the unavailable items. Whenever possible, Customer Support will also provide similar alternate items that you may wish to consider purchasing in place of the out of stock item.
Customer Support will process a refund for the price (+tax) of the unavailable item and your form of payment will be credited - you will receive a refund notification email.
- If none of the item(s) on the order are available for fulfillment, the delivery fee will be refunded as well since no delivery will be performed.
If you wish to purchase one of the alternative items provided by Customer Support, you may do so by placing a new order.
