Occasionally the inventory of our featured shops does not match the actual count of the items in-stock at the store.  If this happens, the shops will contact Myti when they discover there is insufficient quantity to fulfill your order.

The Myti Customer Support team will contact you via email letting you know your options:

  • If an equivalent alternative item is available, we will offer to make an exchange and deliver the in-stock item.
  • If not interested in the alternative option, or if an alternative is not available, we will issue a full refund for the price of the original item.
