If the item(s) you received are not quite the right size or color, etc., we can accept requests for exchange up to 15 days after delivery.  Use our Contact Us form to submit your exchange request, indicate "Return Request" in the topic drop-down selector.

  • To be eligible for an exchange, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase for your exchange to be accepted.
    • Myti has the right to deny your exchange if it does not meet the above requirements.

  • When an exchange has been authorized, a Myti Customer Support team member will respond to your original Exchange Request with information about when the item will be picked up from the delivery address you provided at the time of purchase.
    • Whenever possible we will bring the replacement item when we come to pick up the unwanted item.

  • The item(s) being exchanged must be repackaged and clearly labeled with the order number. Please leave the package in an accessible place for the driver to retrieve on the indicated date.  The replacement item will be left in its place.
