When placing an order on myti.com, shoppers receive a notification email confirming the order was received successfully. 

An order request is automatically sent to each of the shops carrying the items in the order.  When the shops have retrieved the items from inventory they will mark the order request as ready for pickup.  When all items in the order have been marked ready for pickup, now is time for Myti to jump into action!

A Myti Delivery Specialist will make the rounds to collect items from each shop and will place them all together in a single package to prepare for delivery, along with a packing slip. Any gift notes included with the order will be printed on the enclosed packing slip. Can I add a gift note to an order?

When an order has been delivered and marked complete, a notification email is sent confirming the delivery.  Please contact Customer Support at wecare@myti.com if you have any questions about your order, or if you need to request a return or exchange.
