If you discover that an item(s) in your delivery was damaged upon receipt, use the Contact Us form to let us know; use the topic selection "Request Return" and fill out all requested information.  We will accept reports of damage items up to 72 hours after the delivery of your order.

We will conduct an investigation and follow up with you to provide options for exchanging or returning the item, depending on the circumstance.
